We want you to be 100% happy with our services at Hasty Rank. Sometimes, you might not be completely satisfied with what you’ve received, and if that’s the case, we offer refunds for our services under certain conditions.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go according to plan. If you’re not satisfied with the results of our services, we’ll refund your money. No questions asked.
To request a refund, simply contact us within 10 days of purchase and let us know why you’re not happy. If possible, we will try our best to solve the issue that you’re having. If we can’t, then we’ll process your refund.
We’ll process your refund as quickly as possible and send you an email confirmation once it’s been processed.
How to apply for a refund:
That’s too easy-peasy. Just write an email to refunds@hastyrank.com with your Order ID and mention your refund request. We’ll process it in 3-5 days after that.
What if I don’t receive a refund?
If you haven’t received a refund even though it’s been more than 10 days since you applied for one, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
The next step is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
